We’ve redesigned the Project Onboarding Dashboard and introduced a new Setup Tracker to make it easier to see where your projects stand, what’s needed next, and how close you are to payroll readiness.
New Project Onboarding Dashboard
The Project Onboarding Dashboard has a fresh, modern look designed for clarity and ease of use.
See all your project onboarding requests in one place, along with their activation status and remaining setup tasks
Templates now live in their own dedicated section, making it easier to manage and reuse your project set-up preferences

You’ll have a clearer, high-level view of your entire onboarding process, helping you move projects toward payroll readiness faster and with fewer steps.
Introducing the Setup Tracker
Alongside the new dashboard, we’re launching the Setup Tracker—a brand-new experience that gives you real-time visibility into the setup progress for each service you’ve requested (Start+, Hours+, Studio+, PSL+, and more). Once you have access, you’ll see:
- A clear, step-by-step view of each service’s setup status
- Easy tracking and management of your uploaded setup files
Why this matters:
We heard your feedback on the challenges you faced when setting up a project. Now, you can see exactly what’s left to do, so you can move from onboarding to active payroll with confidence.
Who’s included:
The Setup Tracker will appear automatically for all new project requests submitted after the release. Existing projects will continue using the current workflow.
