This release included the following updates:
Union Agreement Subtasks in Project Setup Tracker
What's New
- Your Project Setup Tracker in the Project Onboarding tool now shows detailed subtasks for union agreements, so you can see the status of every individual contract, not just the overall task
- When your Cast & Crew setup coordinator needs something from you, the task will be marked Action Required along with specific notes explaining exactly what to do next; no email required
- You can reply directly to your coordinator inside the tracker, keeping all communication in one place
Project Setup Tracker in Project Onboarding: union agreement subtasks now visible, with the message icon indicating a coordinator note is available
After you click the message icon, you can send a reply back to your setup coordinator
All messages are saved in the task history for a clean audit trail.
- You'll receive an email notification any time a new note or task is added to your tracker
- All messages are saved, so there’s always a clear record of what was communicated and when
- For more information, check out the FAQ in our Help Center
Why It Changed
You told us the setup process lacked visibility—it was hard to know what was blocking a union agreement task, and communication with your coordinator happened over email, outside Project Onboarding. When messages got missed, it delayed your go-live date. This update brings that communication where it belongs: directly inside the task it's connected to to help you reach your project go-live date sooner.
Why it Matters
- No more hunting through email to find out what's holding up your setup. Everything is visible in one place, connected to the specific task.
- Responding quickly to Action Required tasks is the fastest path to your project go-live date.
- Initial release covers Labor Contracts. Additional union agreement types are coming in future updates.
What You'll Need to Do Differently
| Previously | Now |
| Union agreement task status was a single entry in the tracker. If action was needed, your coordinator reached out by email, which was easy to miss. | Log in to MyCast&Crew, navigate to Project Onboarding, and open your Project Setup Tracker. Review any tasks marked Action Required. If you see a message icon, click it to view the attached note and follow the instructions. |
| Responding to your coordinator meant going back to email. There was no in-app record of what was communicated. | If you have any questions about the task, reply directly inside the tracker. Your response goes back to your coordinator instantly, and all messages are saved in the task's history. |
