Introducing the Cancel and Reissue Check Request Feature

- We’re excited to share a powerful new feature on the MyCast&Crew portal! Crew members can now submit Cancel and Reissue Check requests for both Cast & Crew and CAPS paychecks with ease. This enhancement offers a seamless and efficient solution, designed to save time and ensure accuracy.

What's new?
- Streamlined Process: Crew members can directly select the paycheck they need reissued in a couple of minutes, eliminating the need for lengthy back-and-forth communication that could take days.

Easy Updates: Before submitting a request, crew members can confirm and update their mailing address or direct deposit details, reducing future reissue needs.

Why it matters:
- Improved Experience: Crew members gain direct control over their paycheck reissue requests.
- Less Complexity: Production Payroll Accountants can focus on higher-priority tasks by directing crew to the MyC&C portal for reissues.

Efficiency Boost: This feature reduces unnecessary delays, helping ensure crew members receive their pay as quickly as possible.

How it works:
- Crew members log into their MyCast&Crew portal and navigate to their pay stub.
- If the pay stub is eligible, they can click the “Reissue” button.
- They select their preferred delivery method: mailed check or direct deposit.

After confirming their details, the request is submitted for processing.

Additional Union Notes on the Unions – Project Setup form
- The Unions form in the Project Setup now includes an "Additional Union notes" section. This feature allows Studio Finance Executives to input critical union-related information directly into the form, ensuring the Cast & Crew Labor team has clear visibility of this information. This enhancement streamlines communication and improves efficiency in processing union-related details.
Add Admin Users Form - UX/UI Improvements
- We added enhanced guidance and experience for the Studio Finance Executives to provide the company-issued email addresses when setting up admin users. These improvements help reduce setup delays and inefficiencies caused by using personal email addresses.
Enhanced Email Notifications for ‘Approved Projects’
- Email notifications for approved projects have been enhanced to include attached PDFs of approved project details. This update provides users with immediate access to comprehensive project information directly within the ‘Project was approved’ external email notification.
