Here’s what’s new:
PSL+ Account Codes – New N/A Option
What’s new: Project Admins and Collaborators can now select N/A if Features or Series account codes are not being used or are not yet known during project setup.
What this means for you: You can now move forward with setup even if account codes don’t yet apply, ensuring fewer delays and clearer requirements.
Certificate of Insurance (COI) Updates
What’s new: The latest COI requirement documents are now available in Project Onboarding for the following:
- Super loan-outs
- United States
- Vancouver (Canada)
- Toronto (Canada)
What this means for you: The correct COI will automatically populate for your project type, so you always have the right requirements at setup.
Direct Debit ACH Form (US only)
What’s new: The Direct Debit ACH form has been updated for US projects.
What this means for you: You’ll now see the most current ACH form when setting up US projects, ensuring accurate payment processing and reducing the risk of returned or delayed transactions.
Residuals Project Name – Character Limit
What’s new: For projects using the Residuals project type, the Project Name field now has a 120-character limit.
What this means for you: This prevents submission errors, ensuring Residuals projects can be submitted successfully.
