"Unlock account"
Learn what to do if your account is locked due to failed password attempts.
If the system tells you to unlock your account, you have entered the incorrect password too many times. After 5 failed attempts, the system will automatically lock your account as a safety precaution.
To unlock your account:
Enter the email address you used to register your MyCast&Crew account and click Send text or Voice Call depending on what you set up as your password recovery method to unlock your account.
If you have not set up your password recovery method or are still not able to unlock your account, please contact support at 888.570.4650 or send an email to employeehelpdesk@castandcrew.com.
In the future, if you've forgotten your password, it's best to reset it by clicking the Forgot password? link on the MyCast&Crew login screen.
NOTE: Resetting your password in MyCast&Crew will also reset your password for any other applications which use OKTA as a single sign-on solution, i.e., CAPS+, PSL+, etc.
