MyCast&Crew: Set Up Voice Call Self-Service Password Recovery Method in Okta

Set up this self-service recovery method to reset your password if you forget it in the future.

Note: These instructions are for users who used the Okta Verify App as their MFA method.

1. Log in to your MyCast&Crew account > Click your name in the top right corner > Select Manage OKTA Account.

2. In your Okta account, click your name in the top right > Select Settings from the drop-down menu.

3. Click Add Phone Number under “Forgot Password Voice Call.”

4. To verify your phone number, select the country where your phone is registered and enter your phone number (including any applicable extension) > Click Call.

5. Enter the verification code you just received > Click Verify.

6. You will receive a success message once your number is verified > Click Done.
