MyCast&Crew: Set Up Text Message Self-Service Password Recovery Method in Okta
Set up this self-service recovery method to reset your password if you forget it in the future.
Note: These instructions are for users who used the Okta Verify App as their MFA method.
1. Log in to your MyCast&Crew account > Click your name in the top right corner > Select Manage OKTA Account.
2. In your Okta account, click your name in the top right > Select Settings from the drop-down menu.
3. Click Add Phone Number under "Forgot Password Text Message."
6. You will see a success message once your number is verified > Click Done.
