Expired Password/Password Recovery

  • Users can now click “Forgot Password” and go through the regular password recovery steps to update expired passwords.

Registration Process  

  • During the registration process, users can choose to capture document images via QR code [desktop to mobile] for a more accurate, convenient, and quicker way to register for an account and will be notified when they’ve registered successfully.

  • During the profile update portion in registration, users will now be able to edit their addresses in the permanent/mailing address section.


Direct Deposit & Paystubs 

  • When signing up for direct deposit, users will now be required to identify if their bank is in the US or Canada to help minimize any confusion with enrolling banks properly. MicrosoftTeams-image (17)

Support 

  • Updated support page will direct users to the appropriate support channels more efficiently and accurately.
