The password recovery process will be updated for an even easier, faster, and more convenient experience for the user. This includes:
- An updated self-help design with a step-by-step guide to encourage users to comfortably retrieve their passwords on their own.
- A more distinguished process to use text or voice for MFA.
- This update applies to both desktop and mobile users.
