You'll need a MyCast&Crew account in order to receive email notifications about new paystubs that are available in your portal. Learn how to register for an account here.
This article shows you how to perform this task in both Classic and New experiences.
Steps for Classic Experience
- In your MyCast&Crew account, click the Pay Stubs tab in the top navigation
- Click the Settings tab
- Notification emails are OFF by default. Toggle the feature "ON" to receive email notifications to the email associated with your MyCast&Crew account.
- Your settings will automatically save
- You’ll receive an email notification on the same day a new pay stub becomes available. Each email notification can include up to five pay stubs; if there are more pay stubs, then additional notifications will follow.
Steps for New Experience
