ETC Employees: Add or Update Loan-Out Information

Loan-out employees are required to add loan-out information in MyCast&Crew and be automatically verified before accessing their ETC offer.

  1. If you don't have a MyCast&Crew account, complete your registration profile on MyCast&Crew. Learn how to do this here.
  2. After you create your account, log in to MyCast&Crew.
  3. Click the Loan-Out tab in the top navigation bar to add your loan-out information and verify it. Learn how to do this here.
  4. After the loan-out has been successfully verified, you'll be redirected to the "My Forms" page in ETC.
  5. Scroll down to the "Loan-Outs" section to review the client and the project where you will be paid as a loan-out.
    • The status will indicate if the loan-out verification was successful (approved) or unsuccessful (denied).
  6. Click View under the "Action" column to review the loan-out information submitted.
  7. To download a copy of your forms, click Current W-9 or Current Letter of Indemnification. You'll be redirected to your MyCast&Crew portal.
  8. To edit the loan-out information at any time, click Edit loan-out to be redirected to your MyCast&Crew portal.

Failed Loan-Out Verification

If the loan-out information fails the verification process, you'll be required to complete the I-9 form in ETC.

  1. In ETC, scroll down to the "Loan-Outs" section to review the client and the project where you will be paid as a loan-out.
    • The status will indicate if the loan-out verification was successful (approved) or unsuccessful (denied).
  2. Click View under the "Action" column to review the loan-out information submitted.
  3. Under one of the sections, click View Loan-out information to be redirected to the loan-out page in your MyCast&Crew portal for additional support. 

Out-Of-Date Loan-Out Information

Loan-out employees are required to verify their loan-out information every year on their MyCast&Crew portal. If you see an "Expired" status on your loan-out, you'll need to update it to be reverified. Click here for more information.
