ETC Admins: Add Loan-Out Employees to a Project

Loan-out employees are required to add loan-out information in MyCast&Crew and be automatically verified before accessing their ETC offer.

During the onboarding process, please ensure that the project employees are added as "loan-outs" for the respective projects.

  1. On the "Create Employee" modal, check the Is LoanOut Employee option. 
  2. You can review the status of the employee loan-out verification on the employee grid under the "Loan-Out" column.
  3. To view additional information, click the link under the "Loan-Out" column (Approved/Denied) to open the "Project Loan-Out" page.
