This release included the following updates:
Allowance Cap Tracking
- We’ve introduced a new widget on various screens that will help crew and accounting teams track allowance payments towards an overall cap amount
-
The Amount Paid value will track all allowance payments that crew member receives over the life of the project, including both Hours+ and non-Hours+ timecards
-
Caps entered in Start+ will automatically populate in Hours+
More Working Space on the Weekly Timecard Screen
- The Notifications panel can now be collapsed. When loading a timecard, the panel collapses by default and will display a count of any errors or warnings present on the timecard.
- The empty space between fields on the Allowances table has been reduced, enabling more data to be shown on screen without needing to scroll
New “Other” Option for Hot Costs
- Accountants can now enter a third budget option for employees to use when generating a hot cost report. This is useful for situations where employees are still technically in the studio zone, but have a location shoot budgeted differently.
