This release included the following updates:
Self-managed crew timecard settings for your project
- New role: Project Admin!
- Project Admins can go to the new Settings page, where they can manage the settings for your crew’s timecards.
- You can use this feature to set a standard layout for crew member timecards to fit the specific needs of your show.
- Click here to view a step-by-step guide and video.
- If you have questions or would like to set up this feature for your project, please reach out to your CSM.
Pre-edit invoice comments
- Your Cast & Crew coordinator will now use the Digital Edits tool to send comments about your invoices, consolidating all invoice communication in one place and eliminating email discussions. You'll receive an email notification whenever a comment is made, similar to notifications you receive now when your invoice is ready.
- If a comment is sent before an edit is available, you can reply but won’t yet be able to review the edit. Once the edit is ready, you’ll be notified and can view the full comment history on the same page.
Enhanced timecard management features
- Allowances automatically added from a crew member’s deal memo will now include their coding defaults.
- Added an ability to quickly navigate to timecards for other week endings for the current employee from the Weekly Timecard Screen.
Miscellaneous improvements
- Increased the default load on the Timecards page from 25 to 100.
- The read-only comment modal on the Digital Edits page now launches in the lower right corner, will follow you as you scroll the page, and can be launched into a second window. This will make it easier to review previous revision requests when checking a revised edit.
