What if I can't find my bank institution on Plaid?

If you are unable to find your bank institution on Plaid, you will need to manually enter your bank account and routing numbers. This will allow Plaid to verify your account using micro-deposits in order to set up direct deposit. Plaid will match your information with what is on file at the financial institution.


1. Click the My Profile tab in your MyCast&Crew account.

2. Scroll down to the "Direct Deposit" section and toggle direct deposit ON.

3. Click +Connect to a bank.

4. Select the country where your bank is located. Click Continue.

5. You will be navigated to Plaid, a secure bank verification system that we use to safely set up your direct deposit.

6. Search for your bank. If Plaid can't find your bank institution, click Link with account numbers.

7. Click Continue on the "How it works" screen.

8. Enter your full name as it shows on your bank account records. Click Continue.MicrosoftTeams-image (23)

9. Select if this is a Checking or Savings account. Click Continue.

10. Select if this is a Personal or Business account. Click Continue.

11. Enter the Routing number. Click Continue.

12. Enter the Account number. Click Continue.

13. You'll need to confirm your account number for verification and security purposes.

14. Read the "Authorize" message and click Authorize. This will give Plaid permission to initiate micro-deposits into the account you've provided.

This means two separate amounts will be CREDITED to your account and will show up as two separate transactions into your bank account.

The bank will then reverse the two deposits with a single DEBIT for the total of the two micro-deposits to the account, which will show as a negative amount in your bank account.

15. Verify you're human by clicking I'm not a robot.

16. A "Success" message will show to prompt you to return to MyCast&Crew in one business day and verify the deposits have arrived in your account. Click Continue.

17. You'll be navigated back to MyCast&Crew where you'll give your bank a name. Click Save.

18. The Status will show "Pending user verification" until you have verified your account.
