When sending files via email, please password protect and encrypt files that contain sensitive information (i.e., SSNs, banking information, etc.) for security purposes. We've included instructions for how to do this with your email provider, below.

In order to encrypt Gmail or Yahoo Mail (or other web-based email providers), installation of a third-party encryption tool is required.
