• We’ve updated the I-9 Form Instruction links, so that your instructions are always up to date.  

• We’ve improved the desktop document signing process with a “Next” button that employees can click to take them to the next required field. This will provide them with an easier experience and will help them find incomplete required fields: 

• Creating an offer just got easier now that Start+ can automatically make selections whenever there is only 1 option! 
  • We’ve improved Hiring Managers’ efficiency and convenience on Create Offers by having Start+ automatically select the dropdown option in the Union, Occupation, Work Schedule, and Department menus whenever only 1 option is available: 

• We’re making it easier for Approvers on the go! 

• • We’ve enhanced Approvers’ mobile capabilities by providing additional Terms of Hire details on the offer card with a new “See More Details” function and allowing them to view and preview the offer documents:

• We’ve improved the usability and standardized the functionality of the Offers Documents page by centralizing the actions into a single “More Actions” button for a more organized look and feel, like in Manage Offers and Studio+.  

• • When accessing the More Actions menu by clicking on the icon or right-clicking anywhere on the offer, you'll have the two existing options and a new third option allowing you to immediately download the full final pdf packet:
