Some standard reports are built with logic so you can easily find the answers to the data questions you're looking for.
You can customize these reports by removing or adding fields, but we’ve made it easy for you to find just what you need.

Cast & Crew Standard Reports

Ethnicity Report | Onboard | Lists specific fields to assist in identifying the ethnicities of the employees on each project. |

Gender Report | Onboard | Identifies the gender of the employees on each project hierarchy. |

Hire Date Report | Onboard | Identifies when an individual was onboarded to the project and for what occupation. |

Employee Guarantees Report | Onboard |
Identifies the guarantees associated with an employee by project. The report includes their occupation and the studio & distant rates. It can also be used to identify the frequency of each individual's pay and the guarantees associated with the individuals by deal memo. |

Check Register Report* | Timecard | Identifies the gross and net wages paid to an employee by check number and the status of the check. It can also be used to identify the type of check, whether direct deposit or check, and the status of the check whether cleared or not. |

*IMPORTANT: The check gross and check net fields should not be added to the Values container. The data provided in this format is how the fields should be used in the tool. If you would like to sum the total wages an employee has earned across all projects, download the template to excel and perform the calculation offline.

Identifies the deductions and amounts associated with an employee by check number. This report also includes other identifiers, such as occupation description of each employee, pay code description and the amount associated, the unions associated with an employee, and timecard number including the weekending. This report can also be used to identify deductions associated with each timecard and check effective date. |

Employer Taxes Report

Timecard | Identifies the employee taxes associated with any employee by check number. This report is similar to the Payroll Deduction Report, but its filter type is set to compute employee taxes instead of deductions. |

Total Earnings by Project Report

Provides the aggregate gross earnings associated with an employee by project. Gross Earnings is defined as wages associated with a pay code that does not include Holiday. The report sums the total wages or earnings for each employee for each producer to project combination. |

Union Contribution Report
