Paperless Pay Stubs Terms & Conditions

Pay stubs will be made available on the MyCast&Crew website on or before each regular payday. Depending on your payroll schedule, you may receive additional paper statements after you go paperless.

You can still print a copy of any online pay stub. You can also ask your employer for a paper copy of any pay stub. Requesting a paper copy of a pay stub does not change your paperless election.

It’s your responsibility to update your contact information (including email address) on the MyCast&Crew website and to inform your employer if you no longer receive or have access to your pay stubs, or if your email address or any other contact information changes.

You can change your paperless election at any time on the MyCast&Crew website, as may be required by law in your state of residence. If you change your paperless election, your change will be effective only after we have had a reasonable period of time to process it. This may take additional pay cycles, and will not apply to any pay stubs we provide to you before your change is effective.
