Okta MFA Updates FAQ 

Find answers to your questions regarding the Okta MFA update in this short FAQ

  1. Q: What update was made to the Okta Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) system?
    A: All users will be required to use Okta MFA for every login attempt and can no longer defer MFA for 24 hours, as the “Remember me for 24 hours after login” option has been removed from the MFA prompt. 
  2. Q: What products are impacted by this update? 
    A: This login update will be reflected when you attempt to log into any digital product utilizing Okta—MyCast&Crew, Start+, Hours+, Studio+, Reporting+, and ETC.
  3. Q: I'm prompted with a federated login. Will these changes affect me?
    A: No. This update does not apply to users who log in using their federated login credentials. 
  4. Q: What should I do if I encounter any difficulties logging in?
