      MyCast&Crew Release: October 19, 2023

      Start+ Digital Form Enhancements: 

      • You can now specify departments for your Start+ approval flows in addition to your Default approval flow! If you need to create more robust approval flows, we’ve enhanced the Start+ approval flows to have up to seven levels of approvers.

      • For your Start+ conflict of interest notifications, you can now specify if the email should be sent to all departments or only to specific departments for those users selected to receive a conflict of interest notification.

      Hours+ Digital Form Enhancements:  

      • We’ve updated the allowances list in the Hours+ digital request form, so you can now select any of the up-to-date options. In addition, you can now easily find any allowance option by using the new search capability available.

        • The Producer’s week is now required in the Hours+ Invoice Grouping page to ensure our Cast & Crew teams have all the necessary information to quickly set up Hours+ for your new project.
