MyCast&Crew: How to Reset Your Phone Number in Okta
The steps below outline how to update your contact information in Okta.
1. Log in to your MyCast&Crew account.
2. Once you've logged in, click your name in the top right corner and select Manage Okta Account.
3. On the Okta user settings page, scroll to the bottom of the page until you reach the "Extra Verification" setting. Click Remove on the existing MFA option.
4. You'll be prompted to remove the authentication enrollment. Click Yes to reset the MFA option.
5. Be sure to edit your phone number on the "Forgot Password" options, too. This will allow you to easily reset your password if you ever forget it.
6. Sign out of your MyCast&Crew account, then sign back in. You'[l now be prompted to select the MFA again. Click Setup to add your new phone number.
