Digital Edits Updates:

• Payroll Coordinator Comments! 

• • No need to send emails regarding edits—your Payroll Coordinator can now leave comments for you directly on the Edits screen.  

1. 1. 1. An example of a comment you might get from your coordinator: “I changed H. Voltaire’s timecard’s work city to Philadelphia, as requested.” 
         

• • Additionally, Invoice Approvers can now leave delivery method comments.  

• • • You can leave instructions regarding FedEx, pickup, or anything else your coordinator needs to know. 

• • • • This includes uploading files, like your own filled-out express shipper, or shipping account information. 

• • Invoice comments now support color text, bold, strikethrough, and more! 
  • You can now “reply” to a comment, saving you the time of copying and pasting an old comment to respond inline. 

• New information will now appear on the Edits screen: 

• • Agent information 
  • Resident State 

• The layout of the edits page is now improved, making it easier to find the critical information you need.
