DPO: How to Manage/Add/Delete an Attachment to a P.O.
- Find and click on the P.O. you would like to edit on the “View PO” screen.
- Click the paperclip icon in the toolbar () to “Manage Appended Attachments.”
- On the “Manage Appended Attachments” screen, you can manage the existing attachments or add a new attachment by clicking +Add Attachment(s), or drag files in the box to automatically upload.
- Click OK when you're done.
How to Delete Attachments
If you'd like to remove an attachment that was uploaded during the P.O. creation process, just follow the amend process:
If you initially created a P.O. without any attachments but later wish to add one, you can easily upload or remove attachments at any time through the 'Manage Appended Attachments' feature.
If you cannot see this option, then you will need to ensure you have the option enabled in your user settings by going to Admin > Users and selecting the option 'Can Append Attachments'.
Similarly, for amended P.O.s, if an attachment was added during the amendment process, the only way to remove this attachment is to repeat the amendment process and delete it at that time.
If a P.O. was amended and an attachment was removed during that process, you can still upload a new attachment later. Simply navigate to the 'Manage Appended Attachments' option, where you can upload new attachments and remove existing ones at any time.
