DPO: How to Manage/Add an Attachment to a PO

  1. Find and click on the PO you would like to edit on the “View PO” screen.  
  2. Click on the fourth icon on the toolbar (Icon

Description automatically generated) to “Manage  Appended Attachments.” 
  3. On the “Manage Appended Attachments” screen, you can manage the existing attachments or add a new attachment by clicking +Add Attachment(s), or drag files in the box to automatically upload. 
  4. Click OK when you're done.
