      Accessing Studio+ as a Live Entertainment User

      Starting January 1, 2025, the Studio+ platform will be used to exchange payroll documents with your payroll coordinator. You can learn more about Studio+ here. 

      If you’re currently using TTC Online to add crew members and assign onboarding documents and timecards, please continue using that platform for those specific tasks. 

      To access Studio+, you’ll need an active MyCast&Crew account. Follow the steps below to access MyCast&Crew and Studio+. 

      I don't have a MyCast&Crew account

      1. Look out for an invite to MyCast&Crew in the first week of December. Click the Activate My Account button to register for MyCast&Crew.image-png-Feb-02-2024-05-33-51-6634-PM

      2. Click Get started to create a password and complete the required information.

      3. You’ll be asked to verify a phone number which will be used to securely recover your password if you forget it in the future. Choose text or voice for your preferred method of verification. 

        1. Note: You'll automatically be enrolled in both text and voice verification after you add your phone number for text. Voice option will only enroll you in voice verification

      4. Review the confirmation page, where you will find the email associated with your account. We recommend making a note of this, so you don’t forget it. 

      5. Click Go to MyC&C dashboard (or Log in to My Cast & Crew dashboard if you're on a desktop) to navigate to the login page. You’ll be asked to log in using the email and password you just created for your account. 

      6. Once logged in, you’ll access Studio+ from your App Selector menu in your portal.  

      I have a MyCast&Crew account

      1. Look out for an invite to Studio+ in the first week of December. Click the View projects in Studio+ button to log in to MyCast&Crew and access Studio+.
      2. Log in using your MyCast&Crew credentials.
      3. Once logged in, you’ll access Studio+ from your App Selector menu in your portal. 
      4. You’ll land on the homepage of Studio+ where you can view your project folders and securely share payroll reports with your payroll coordinator. To learn more about Studio+, check out this step-by-step guide here.
