What's New
Instead of browsing by product name, you can now navigate by who you are and what you're trying to do.
The new homepage features three sections designed around the most common roles we support:
- I'm a production employee: You work on a show and get paid through Cast & Crew, or you manage a minor's profile. This is your starting point for questions about pay stubs, direct deposit, W-2s and T4s, start paperwork, timecards, and your MyCast&Crew account.
- I manage crew onboarding, timecards, or payroll: You're a payroll or production accountant, department head, or coordinator responsible for onboarding employees and processing timecards or payroll. Start here for help with onboarding crew, timekeeping management, PSL+, and payroll processing.
- I'm setting up a new project: You're configuring a new project from the ground up. This section covers everything you need before your first payroll run: project setup, user access, approval workflows, and going digital for the first time across all our products.
How to Find What You Need
Use the audience cards on the homepage:
Each card on the homepage links to a hub built for your role. Click the card (or the "Get more help button on the card) that best describes what you do, then browse within that section. Each audience has subsections within based on what you currently need help with (onboarding, timekeeping, account and profile help, etc.).
Use the Quick Links on each card:
Each homepage card includes three direct links to the most commonly viewed articles for that audience. These are the fastest way to get to the most popular topics without any extra clicks.
Use search:
The search bar at the top of every page searches the full article library regardless of which section you're in. If you're not sure which hub applies to your question, search is always a reliable starting point.
What Hasn't Changed
All of our existing articles are still here; nothing has been removed or archived. The reorganization only changed how articles are grouped and surfaced on the homepage, not the articles themselves.
