New Feature: Manage Your Team's Access On Your Own
Powered by: Cast & Crew New Experience (Start+, Hours+, Studio+, Reporting+)
Who it impacts: Project Admins, Production Accountants, UPMs
Description
A new Project Users page is now available in the Cast & Crew unified platform, giving Project Admins a single place to independently manage who has access to their project and what they can do. Update roles, adjust permissions, and remove users whenever things change, and every change takes effect immediately across Start+, Hours+, Studio+, and Reporting+. Team members can also view their own permissions from the same page, so there's no guessing about what they have access to.

New Feature: Fix Offers on the Fly
Powered by: Start+ (Cast & Crew's onboarding tool)
Who it impacts: Crew, Hiring Managers, Production Accountants
Description
Ever had to recreate an entire offer just because of a wrong email address or a forgotten allowance? Those days are over. Now hiring managers can fix offers on the fly—no recreating, no rejecting, no delays. Corrections are a quick back-and-forth, not a fresh start.
- Employees can now use a Request Changes option on their offer instead of rejecting it outright. They enter a comment describing what needs to be corrected and send it back. The hiring manager gets an email notification right away.
Employees use 'Request Changes' to flag corrections without rejecting the offer.
- Hiring managers have a new Edit option on the Manage Offers page. They can correct the offer directly, approve the change, or deny the request. The employee is notified by email either way.

Improved Feature: Weekly Timecard Screen Enhancements
Powered by: Hours+
Who it impacts: Payroll Accountants, Production Accountants
Description
The timecard screen your team already lives in, now faster and easier to move through thanks to four improvements built directly from your feedback.
- "Copy to All" shortcut (Ctrl+Shift+A): This keyboard shortcut now works on the Weekly Timecard screen. Use it to copy a value in the corresponding column within the same section.
- Important: On WTC, this shortcut will copy only within the column section where the the value is. For example, copying a field in the FF2 field only copies to fields within that column.
-
Resized fields: Field widths across the Weekly Timecard screen have been adjusted to match the data they hold, reducing the amount of horizontal scrolling needed to get across the screen.
- Some dropdown fields now show an abbreviated label when collapsed, such as state names; the full label appears when the dropdown is opened. The full value is always preserved correctly.
- When a dropdown is open, the current value that was selected will be highlighted in the dropdown
Abbreviated state names; full names shown when dropdown is expanded. The current value selected is highlighted.
-
Smoother navigation: Tab-key navigation and field behavior have been improved throughout the screen. Nothing looks different, but it will feel noticeably smoother and more responsive during timecard entry.
- Tabbing into any field input cell will highlight the entire existing value
- More visible "Additional Fields" button: The button that opens additional timecard fields has been restyled with stronger contrast and color so it's easy to spot. It was previously blending into the background.
The Weekly Timecard screen with improved field sizing. The "Additional Fields" button is visible in the upper right.

| Fields were inconsistently sized, requiring more horizontal scrolling. | Fields are sized to match their content. Some dropdowns show a shortened label when collapsed; the full value is always saved correctly. |
| Tab-key navigation had inconsistent or sluggish behavior in certain areas. | Navigation is smoother and more responsive throughout. No visual change. |

Filters reset as expected when you switch to a different project or log out.
Your filters stay where you set them. Pick up right where you left off, every time.
What You'll Need to Do Differently

Additional file extensions now added to search filters.
What You’ll Need to Do Differently

| Previously | Now |
| Search filters were in a dropdown on the search bar, limited to one filter at a time. | Filters are now in a dedicated Search Drawer; always visible and combinable for more precise results. |
| Results showed filename only which made it hard to tell which file was correct when names matched. | Results now show the full folder path (e.g., Project > Folder > Subfolder > File) for every result. |
| Previous searches weren't saved; you had to re-type queries from scratch. | A Recent Searches section shows your last five queries for instant re-access. |

Improved Feature: Direct Deposit Experience, Redesigned
Powered by: MyCast&Crew
Who it impacts: Crew Members
Description
Managing direct deposit information for personal accounts and loan-outs was split across two separate pages with no clear connection between them. For crew members logging in for the first time on a new production, that confusion led to incomplete setups and payments landing in the wrong place. On the verification side, micro-deposit windows would quietly expire with no warning, and the first sign something went wrong was a missing paycheck. This redesign fixes both.
- Direct Deposit now has its own dedicated page in MyCast&Crew, bringing all account setup and management into one place
- The updated design is cleaner and easier to navigate, making it simpler to add, update, or review your payment details
The redesigned Direct Deposit page, now centralized in one location.
- If you're verifying your bank account through micro-deposits, you can now see a countdown showing exactly how much time you have left to complete verification before it expires.
The micro-deposit verification screen, now showing how much time remains to complete the process.
What You'll Need to Do Differently
No action is required. All existing direct deposit information has been saved and is now available in the new Direct Deposit experience.
| Previously | Now |
| Managed Direct Deposit from two separate locations—the Profile page and the Loan-out page. | All direct deposit setup and management is now in one place, on its own dedicated page. |
| No visibility into how much time was left to complete micro-deposit verification. | A countdown timer shows exactly how much time remains to complete verification before it expires. |
