Easily Filter in Studio+! 

• Refine any list in Studio+ with our new filters – when viewing a folder, you can now quickly and easily find the files you need by narrowing your list based on any of the following information: 

• • Name 
  • Invoice Number 
  • Category 
  • Read/Unread 
  • Date Created 

• • Week Ending 

• Access the filters by clicking the double arrow on the top left of any list page. 

• Latest version – Enable the ‘Latest Version’ toggle in the Name, Invoice Number, or Category filter to view only the latest version of each file that matches your filter selection.
  

• Multiple filters at once – Mix and match filter selections to find exactly what you’re looking for. For example, you can search for ‘Unread’ files in the ‘Payroll file’ category. 
• Multiple values in a single filter – You can select one or more values in each filter to ensure you see all the information you need at once. For example, search for only invoice number 1234, or for invoice numbers 1234, 5678, and 9012. 
• Note that a filter will only appear on a page that has values for that filter. For example, the Week Ending filter will only appear in folders that have files with week ending dates.
