- When you upload a file to Studio+ and the upload is unsuccessful for any reason, both you and your payroll coordinator will receive an email notification letting you know exactly which files were unsuccessful and providing guidance on next steps.
- If a file upload is unsuccessful, we recommend you check your internet connection and confirm your files are not password protected.
- This will give you and Cast & Crew full transparency when an upload was not successful so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible
