Quick Glance Pending Approval Level
Pending Approval status now shows the lowest current approver level on Manage Offers, so that you can see it quickly without the extra clicks. Previously, you had to open the offer and review document details to understand where pending approval was stalled. This update provides clearer at-a-glance visibility into where the offer is in the approval chain, helping you monitor progress more efficiently and reduce unnecessary clicks.
Reviewer Managed from the Users Page
The project setting to use the Reviewer role can be controlled from the Users page. The Reviewer role can now be enabled or disabled by you directly, if you have permission to manage users. Enabling the toggle will also enable the Reviewer permission checkbox, and disabling it will disable that permission.
Improved Adding Crew to a Project to Reduce Invalid Email Addresses
We improved the process for adding crew members to the Start+ project to reduce incorrect email addresses being added so you can benefit from a more reliable and trustworthy hiring workflow, with fewer offers sent to the wrong recipient and greater confidence when sending offers.
Hire and Work Location Fields Now Preserve Union Selections When Valid
You can now update Hire or Work Location fields on Create Offer with more flexibility. If the newly selected location is still valid for the selected union, Start+ will preserve the downstream union-related fields instead of clearing them.
- For example, changing the Hire City from Burbank to Hollywood on an IATSE offer will now retain the union fields if both cities are valid for that union
How it works:
- When a location is changed, Start+ revalidates the new location against the selected union. If the location remains valid, the union-related fields are preserved. If the location is not valid, Start+ will clear the union fields and require the user to select a different valid union setup.
- This is especially helpful when copying offers, since you will no longer lose union selections simply because employees live or work in different nearby locations. The result is a faster and smarter offer creation experience.
