Managing project admins for your project allows for greater control and flexibility in making sure the right users have the right permissions.
As a project admin manager, you can:
- Add new project admins
- Edit details and permissions of current users
- Remove users
- Resend invitations to users
This article shows you how to perform this task in both Classic and New experiences.

Accessing Project Users
To view the list of project admins on your project, click the Users tab in the navigation bar:
You will see the list of project users:
Inviting/Adding a Project User
To invite/add a new project user click the +Add project user button located to the right of the search bar:
Next, fill out the profile information for the new project admin:
Required fields include:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Title
- Email address
Below these fields is where you will assign the permissions desired for the new project admin:
Simply check the box next to the permission you need to assign.
Some permissions have sub-permissions that can be assigned. Specifically:
- Hiring Manager
- I-9 Verifier
- Can view offer account code fields
Once you check the box next to any of these three, the additional sub-permissions will appear below:
For I-9 Verifiers, click Select Departments to choose which departments the project user can verify I-9 documents for.
After checking the boxes for the desired permissions, you can choose to send the invitation immediately or only add the project admin, and send the invite later.
To send the invite immediately, check the box for Send invitation now and then click Add user:
If you prefer to send the invitation later, do not check the box next to “Send invitation now” and only click Add user.
To send an invitation to a user at a later point, on the “Users” tab, click the three vertical dots button on the row of the user, and then select Send invitation:
Editing Details & Permissions for Project Users
Editing details and permissions can be done in the following ways.
On the row of the project admin, you can check or uncheck any box to assign or remove permissions for the user. Permissions are separated by column:
The I-9 Verifier permission must be edited via the three-vertical dot button menu to the right of the row. Details on this are below.
Tip: You can hover over the briefcase icon under the I-9 Verifier column to view the departments for which the project admin can verify: |
To edit the personal profile details as well as the permissions for a project admin, click on the three vertical dots button to the right of the row and then click Edit:
From here, you can make your desired changes to the project admin. When finished, click Save:
Removing Project User
To remove a project admin, first you will need to remove all the permissions assigned to the user, then you will click the three vertical dots button to the right of the of the user and then click Delete:
| Note: If the project user is also an employee on your project, you cannot delete them, you will only be able to remove permissions. |
Resending Invitations
If someone you originally invited says they have not received their invitation, you can resend an invite to them.
It may be beneficial to verify the correct email is on file before resending.
To resend an invitation, click the three vertical dots button to the right of the row and click Send invitation:
