Production Supervisors want more control over project details. The Admin-Initiated feature in Live Entertainment Onboarding makes this possible by allowing supervisors to add crew directly to a project and set key parameters such as union, occupation, rate, and start date.
Production Supervisors automatically have access to this feature on the Members page—no setup required.
Steps to invite crew using the Admin-Initiated feature:
- Go to the Members page and select Invite Employees
A search page will open where you can:
Search for employees previously employed by your project, or
Add a new employee
2. Enter project information for the employee
- Use the Copy from previous option in the dropdown menu to copy project-based info from a previously added employee
- Note: Project info added by a supervisor cannot be overridden by the employee during onboarding
3. Send the invite
- Only employees with complete information can be invited.
- Incomplete entries will remain in the invite list until updated.
After sending invites, you’ll be redirected to the Members page, where onboarding statuses will display.
