The Cast tab on the Daily Timesheets screen allows you to enter the details of your project’s SAG members’ Exhibit G forms directly into Hours+.
Selecting this tab will display all SAG members who have finished signing their Start+ deal memos.
The Cast tab mimics the SAG Exhibit G form, allowing for quick entry.
| Tip: The order of the fields on the cast tab of the Daily Timesheets screen can be configured based on your project’s needs. Reach out to your Cast & Crew implementation team if you’d like to re-configure the order. |
This article shows you how to perform this task in both Classic and New experiences.
Steps for Classic Experience
Getting Started
To get started, click on the Daily Timesheets tab and then click the Cast tab:
Before entering details, be sure to set the correct date. You can use the arrows to flip through days, or click the calendar icon to select the desired date:
To the left of your list of SAG members, you have filtering options. These can be used to ensure you have the correct SAG members in your list to enter times for.
For example, if you know a certain SAG member did not work on the day you have selected, you can use the employee filter to uncheck them and remove them from your list.
Simply uncheck them and then click Apply:
Entering Times
Once you have the desired list of SAG members, it’s time to start entering their Exhibit G details.
The “Day Type” field is required first and once entered will open all other fields for entry:

Tip: Use the Copy to all rows button to quickly insert your entered value to the rest of that column. You can still update any specific row even after using the button: You can also use a keyboard shortcut: Ctrl+Shift+A. Command+Shift+A also works if you’re on a Mac. |
With the Day Type set, you can now enter all other information from the Exhibit G of each SAG member.
Remember, if entries are mostly similar for everyone in your list, use the Copy to all rows button to save time!
At any point in time, you can save your progress by clicking Save. This will save the timecards in a draft status allowing you to return to this screen to finalize the timecards before sending them out:
Once Save is clicked, you can choose to view a singular SAG member timecard in more detail by clicking on their name in the list:
This will take you to the weekly timecard screen of the selected timecard:
From here you can enter more details as needed, view the timecard breakdown, or submit the singular timecard for approval.
Submitting Completed Timecards
To easily submit all timecards that you have entered information for at once, click the List Timecards button on the Daily Timesheets tab:
This will pre-select all timecards for you to review. Once reviewed, click Submit SAG Timecards to send the timecards to the payroll accountant’s queue for processing, review, and eventual timecard approval:
