Once onboarding documentation is sent to a crew member, their name will show up on the Employees tab where you can view their details and get a quick glance at onboarding metrics for your project.
The streamlined navigation helps you take action on pending tasks.
You can use the onboarding status buttons to filter your list of employees based on their onboarding status:
Simply click on a status to view the employees that fall under that status:
You also have additional search and filter options available above the list of employees:
Exporting Start Paperwork
You can export all start paperwork that has been signed by crew members. This will generate a single PDF with all paperwork included.
Click the arrow icon to the right, just above the list of employees.
Individual Employees
From the Employees tab, you can click on the crew member to view more details about them.
Depending on the status of the employee’s onboarding status, the “Actions” button will change. In this example below, because the onboarding has been completed, we can click View Employee:
In this example, the status is “Pending Countersignature”, so the “Actions” button is Countersign:
The other “Actions” you may see are:
- Reinvite: Shows when an employee has been invited but has not yet accepted their invite. Click it to send another invite to the employee.
Manage Request: Shows when an employee has requested to be paid as a Loan Out. Click it to either approve or decline the request:
Tip: You can also click on the three vertical dots button and select the exact tab you’d like to view for the employee: |
Let's review each tab for an individual member in the following sections.
Personal Info
Includes basic information about the employee.
Onboarding
Includes information about the employee’s occupation for the project.
Note: When using the ‘EDIT’ function, any change made to your crew member’s onboarding information will automatically send an email notification to the crew member notifying them of the change.
Loan Out
Will show details of an employee’s loan out, if they have one for the project.
Note: Your crew will always have the opportunity to create a loan-out profile. During the onboarding process, the crew member is prompted to use a Loan-Out if they have been identified of having a completed associated profile. However, you are not required to approve the Loan-Out - this is your opportunity to manage.
Start Paperwork
You can track the status of the documents within the start paperwork for the employee as well as the option to download the paperwork (individually or all forms in one file).
Note: If modifications are required to the start paperwork, use the “Delete Start Paperwork” function. Because the crew member has already created a personal profile, their only task is to a.) update the incorrect information and b.) regenerate the start paperwork and c.) re-sign. It takes only 4 clicks!
When you're ready to countersign a crew member's start paperwork, click Sign Documents.
Signing is easy, and your signature signs all the forms at once—click Sign and then proceed to apply your signature and click Submit.
Tip: Check the Save signature box to save a signature for future use. You can use saved signatures by clicking the Use Saved Signature tab and selecting the saved signature to insert.
Timecards
Shows all timecards on the project associated with the employee. You can also create a timecard for the employee from this screen with the Create Timecard button.
To view the detailed timecard either click on the Pay Period week, or click the icon to the right of the row of the timecard:
