You’ll receive a link from your production company to start onboarding. If you already have a MyCast&Crew account, just enter your phone number to get an access code—no need to remember a password. If you’re new, you’ll go through a quick setup. After you’re added to a project, you can open Supervisor View to manage onboarding and timecards for your crew.
Glossary of Roles
- Client Admin: Has permission to grant Project Admin access to other users.
- Project Admin: Oversees the day-to-day project setup and management. Typically, the Production Manager or Assistant, this role involves inviting crew members and managing their onboarding paperwork and timecards.
- Crew: Employees working on the project who complete and submit their onboarding paperwork and timecards.
Getting into your project's Supervisor View is simple.
1. Click View next to Supervisor View.
2. Once you've entered your project's Supervisor View, you'll gain access to the Members and Time tabs to further manage your project.
3. The Settings menu lets you manage project details, set day defaults for crew timecards, and view custom paperwork for the project.
