MyCast&Crew is your go-to hub for managing your paystubs, personal profile, direct deposit details, and tax documents—all in one place.
Starting with payments processed after 1/1/2025, you’ll find your paystubs here. You’ll also use this hub to update your direct deposit information.
Set Up Your Account
To get started, you’ll want to first set up your account. Note: If you previously used Okta to sign in to TTC Online, you will use the same Okta credentials to access MyCast&Crew. If you do not have Okta credentials set up, or you're unsure, follow the steps below:
- Head over to my.castandcrew.com and log in to the portal using your email and password.
- If you don’t have an account yet, click Start registration to set one up.
- Enter your details and the system will check if your information is already in our payroll database.
- If it is, you’ll be prompted to select your address for security purposes and review your information to ensure its correct or make updates if needed.
- If your information is not found, you’ll simply continue with the registration process. Click this link to view a step-by-step guide for how to register for an account.
- Once your account is ready, you’ll receive a confirmation email—just follow the link inside to log in for the first time.
After you sign in, you’ll land on your Dashboard and will be welcomed with a walkthrough guide that will introduce you to key features. MyCast&Crew is your main hub, where you can easily access pay-related updates and navigate to different sections.
Set Up Direct Deposit
To view your personal information or set up your direct deposit or, click the Profile tab. Click here to learn how to set up direct deposit.
View Pay Stubs
To view your CAPS pay stubs generated after January 1, 2025, click the Pay Stubs tab. Click here to learn more. For any TTC pay stubs, continue to use TTCO.
View Your W-2s
You’ll also use TTCO to view your 2024 W-2s. Starting with your 2025 W-2s, you’ll access them here on MyCast&Crew under the Tax Documents tab. Click here to learn more.
Add a New W-4
If you need to a new W-4, click the W-4s tab and select Add New W-4. Click here to learn more.
