This article shows you how to perform this task in both Classic and New experiences.
Steps for Classic Experience
- Please navigate to my.castandcrew.com and log in using your email address and password.
- Click the Profile tab in the top navigation bar.
- If you are on mobile, click the menu button in the top left corner and then choose profile.
- Click edit to enter the "Address" section.
- Follow the steps on the screen to verify your identity. You will be prompted to enter your password.
- Once your identity has been successfully verified, head back to MyCast&Crew and update your information as needed.
- You can choose whether the address should be used as your mailing address. If you prefer a different address, uncheck the checkbox and insert your additional address.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save.
