This release included the following updates:
Preserve I9 from Rejected Offer:
- You can now reject an offer without rejecting the I9 form! When the offer is rejected, you’ll be asked if you’d like to reject all documents, or all documents except the I9 form and therefore allow the I9 to continue its approval path while the other documents are revised.
- By allowing the I9 to remain verified during an offer’s rejection, it will retain its original verification date.
-
- Previously, rejecting an offer would reject all forms, including the I9 form. This became troublesome for crew members that would need to have their I9 form re-verified because they would need to present proper documentation a second time. Reverifying the I9 form would also reflect the new verification date rather than the original date.
- When an offer has an I9 form and an Approver clicks the Reject button, they will now be asked a new question on the rejection screen:
- *Note: The default option is the option that will preserve the I9 from rejection.
Offer History Timeline Update:
- A new timestamp added to the offer history on Manage Offers gives more details about your offer timelines. The time will be automatically adjusted to the user’s local time.
