MyCast&Crew: How can I receive paper pay stubs?

This article shows you how to perform this task in both Classic and New experiences.

Steps for Classic Experience


  1. Log in to MyCast&Crew.
  2. Click the Profile tab.

  3. Scroll down to the “Direct Deposit" section and click edit.
  4. Follow the steps on the screen to verify your identity.
  5. Once your identity has been successfully verified, head back to MyCast&Crew and uncheck the “I want to go paperless to view my pay stubs online.” checkbox.

  6. Click Agree & save.

Steps for New Experience

  1. Log in to MyCast&Crew.
  2. Click the Profile tab.

  3. Scroll down to the “Direct Deposit" section and click edit.
  4. Follow the steps on the screen to verify your identity.
  5. Once your identity has been successfully verified, head back to MyCast&Crew and uncheck the “I want to go paperless to view my pay stubs online.” checkbox.
