MyCast&Crew: Where can I get a copy of my W-9 and Letter of Indemnification forms?

This article shows you how to perform this task in both Classic and New experiences.

Steps for Classic Experience

You can view and download a copy of your W-9 and LOI forms in your MyCast&Crew portal.

1. Log in to your MyCast&Crew account.
2. Click the Loan-out tab in the top navigation bar.
   
3. You can view and download the most current W-9 and LOI forms in the "Loan-out Information" section.
4. All previously completed documents will be shown on the right side. 
5. The documents are separated by "W-9s" and "Letters of Indemnification." Navigate to the document you need to download.
   
6. Click the eye icon to view the document. To download, click the down arrow icon.

Steps for New Experience

You can view and download a copy of your W-9 and LOI forms in your MyCast&Crew portal.

1. Log in to your MyCast&Crew account.
