We received a letter from either the State or IRS asking us to lock your withholdings.
To remove the lock, a release letter is required. Contact the IRS for more information and to obtain the release letter.
For Cast & Crew and CAPS, IRS Release Letters are mailed directly to Cast & Crew and CAPS.
If Cast & Crew or CAPS has not received the letter and you have a copy of it, please follow the instructions below for each applicable payroll entity.
For Cast & Crew:
Send the release letter to payrollmaintenance@castandcrew.com.
For CAPS/PAI:
Your copy of the release letter must explicitly state the payroll entity as CAPS or PAI. If it does not, you must obtain a revised release letter.
