Accessing Start+ Project Settings – Offer Settings
After selecting your project, click Project Settings in the project workspace navigation:
After reaching the Project Settings page, click Offer Settings under “Start+” in the left-side navigation menu:
Editing Start+ Offer Settings
The following offer settings are editable for your project:
- Start backdate limit (in days): Enter the number of days for the backdate limit.
- Send offer date: Select the default for when offers will be sent. Options include:
- No default – You will assign the send offer date during creation
- Immediately – The offer will send as soon as you click the “Send offer” button
- On start date – The offer will send on the selected start date of the employee
- Offer options: Check or uncheck from the available options:
- Allow anticipated end dates on offers
- Track offsite workers
- Enable International Flat Deals
- Allow hirers/reviewers to disable distant rates
- Allow hirers/reviewers to override overscale workflows
- Studio / Production ID: Enter the Studio Production number printed on offer documents
- ACA hiring status: Select which option desired for your project – Full time OR Variable
- Submit offers to Cast & Crew: Choose when an offer should be sent to Cast & Crew for processing. Options include:
- After the employee accepts the offer
- After the 1st level approvals are completed
- After all approval levels are completed
Saving Offer Settings
Once you have made all desired changes to the offer settings for your project, click the Save changes button:
