What's New
- Reporting+ has been fully rebuilt and is now available directly in the Cast & Crew platform, accessible from the navigation bar on the left side of the screen
- New capabilities include: advanced filtering across all report types, saved reports for quick access to your most-used views, and export to Excel or PDF
- Cast & Crew Payroll, PSL+ accounting data, and CAPSPay Payroll data are all now available as reporting sources in Reporting+. CAPSPay data brings self-service reporting to Live Entertainment clients for the first time.
The rebuilt Reporting+ combines templates and custom report building in one place.
Why It Changed
Previous versions of Reporting+ split functionality across separate releases—one version offered custom report building but had limited templates; the next brought modern templates but removed custom building. The New Reporting+ combines the best of both and adds CAPSPay data so all client types can self-serve their reporting needs without submitting custom requests.

What You'll Need to Do Differently
Access Reporting+ by logging into the Cast & Crew platform and selecting Reporting+ from the navigation bar on the left. If you had access to Reporting+ before this release, your access carries over automatically. No additional setup required. If you don’t have access yet, reach out and we can discuss next steps.
