Report Templates in Reporting+ are pre-built templates that you can utilize to run your payroll and HR data and get immediate results. They can be a useful starting point as you can save any Report Template with a new name and modify it for your specific needs.
To access a report template, click + Create new report in the top right corner:
Next, select Use a Template:
Select the Template you would like to use and then click Continue to Report Builder:
You will only see the templates you have been given access to.
Configure the parameters for your report template (these can vary based on report type selected) then select Run Report:
Your report will populate on the next screen.
With the generated report, you can perform the following:
- Download Report: If you click the arrow, you can choose to download the report in either an Excel file or CSV.
- Save Report: Allows you to enter a custom name and description and save the report to your list of reports in your Reporting+ landing page.
Customize Report: Allows you to add filters to the report to make sure you see the data you need to see. Click + Add Filter in the Customize Report menu:
Choose the column you'd like to filter:
Choose an operator and then select the values you'd like to filter to, and lastly click + Add:
- You can filter the report within Reporting+ and then download the report with those filters applied.
Once your filters are added, click Run Report to see the updated report with your added filters:
