Q: What happened?
A: Due to a technical issue currently being resolved, tax form distribution is delayed for T4, T4A, and RL-1 forms. We are working as quickly as possible to remedy this situation.
Q: What should I do now?
A: Please stand by. We will notify you as soon as your tax form is ready.
Q: When will my T4, T4A, or RL-1 be made available to print?
A: We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause and want to assure you that resolving this matter is our highest priority. Please rest assured that your documents will be delivered to you as soon as possible.
Q: When and where will my T4, T4A, or RL-1 be available?
A: All tax forms (T4s, T4As, and RL-1s) will be mailed to your current physical address on file at my.castandcrew.com. Cast & Crew T4s are also available online at my.castandcrew.com.
Q: Can you email me my T4, T4A, or RL-1?
A: To protect the privacy of our production employees, we cannot email the tax document. Cast & Crew T4s are available on my.castandcrew.com for reprints, but New CAPS T4s will only be mailed to the current physical address we have on file.
Q: Will T4As, T4A-NRs, or RL-1s be available online?
A: We have received feedback and are currently assessing this capability for future tax years. We hope to offer this feature in the future.
