If you've received an email about errors in your 2025 Form W-2, please find answers to your questions below.
Q: What happened?
A: As part of our review and reconciliation procedures for Tax Year 2025, we identified inconsistencies in the original Form W-2 you recently received.
Q: Is my W-2 incorrect?
A: If you received an email directly from Cast & Crew that directed you here, yes. We contacted all affected employees via email to notify them of this issue. If you did not receive an email from us advising you of the error, you are not impacted.
Q: What will Cast & Crew do to fix it?
A: We are reissuing your 2025 Form W-2, which has been mailed out. A reissued W-2 will also be available online at my.castandcrew.com by March 6, 2026.
Q: What should I do now?
A: If you have not yet filed your 2025 taxes, please wait to receive your reissued Form W-2 before doing so.
If you have already filed, consult a tax advisor on whether further action is required.
Q: I need to speak with someone — who should I contact?
A: Please email us at W2Reissue@castandcrew.com. Note that our general Support staff will not have additional information beyond what is provided here. All communication regarding this issue will be through this email address only.
Q: Where will my reissued W-2 be mailed?
A: Your reissued W-2 has been mailed to the same address that the original W-2 was mailed to. It will also be available on my.castandcrew.com by March 6, 2026.
Q: Can you email me my reissued W-2?
A: To protect the privacy of our production employees, we cannot email the tax document. The tax document will be available on my.castandcrew.com by March 6, 2026.
Q: I wasn’t paid by Cast & Crew, is this email sent to me in error?
A: The email was not sent to you in error, and you should not ignore the email. The entities that were impacted are New Caps and New Payroll Associates.
