Creating a Batch

By default, all submitted timecards start as unbatched. You can create batches to organize timecards as you see fit. 

On the Time tab, click Create Batch to create a new batch:

Enter a name for the new batch and click Create:

Your new batch will appear on the left side:

Moving Timecards into a Batch

To move timecards into a batch, you can:

• •    Drag and drop the timecard:

OR

• Click the three vertical dots button on the timecard and then click Move to batch:

• Then use the dropdown to select the batch you’d like to move the timecard to, and then click Move to batch:

Reviewing Timecard Breakdowns

Once the timecard is in a batch, this enables the HTG Details button to view the timecard breakdown:

Note: You may have to Save & Calculate the timecard first to view the HTG Details:

Clicking the HTG Details button will open the timecard breakdown in a new tab in your browser:

You can use your browser’s options to download or print the timecard if needed. 

When the breakdown meets your requirements, you can click Approve to approve the timecard:
