MyCast&Crew: Unable to Check Boxes on Your TD1?

This article shows you how to perform this task in both Classic and New experiences.

Steps for Classic Experience

On the “TD1s” tab:

  • Click Add New TD1:

  • Select a Province:

  • Please review the instructions on pages 2 and 4, and complete the steps listed before being able to check off either box:
