The PSL+ EvedPay integration provides a streamlined experience for setting up and paying vendors on your production, saving you hours of what used to be manual work.
The integration supports vendor self-onboarding and can be used for domestic and international payments.
Note: You will need the Electronic File Transfer Report (eftexp) program vailable in your PSL+ database. If you don’t see this program in your PSL+ account, it may be restricted based on your studio’s settings. Please contact psl.support@castandcrew.com to request access. Appropriate approval is required. |

Enabling the Integration
To connect EvedPay to PSL+, provide your Tenant ID to Eved, via help@eved.com.
You can locate your Tenant ID in PSL+ by navigating to the Setup menu and selecting Production Code Entry (suprod):
In the Production Code Entry program, the Tenant ID is located to the right:
Provide this Tenant ID to Eved by emailing help@eved.com.
EvedPay Bank Setup in PSL+
Once the integration is enabled, next you will set up EvedPay as a bank in PSL+.
Open the Bank Setup (subank) program, located inside the Setup menu, in PSL+:
Enter the details for the EvedPay bank and check the checkbox next to EvedPay Bank. For the bank code, enter EVE:
Vendor Setup in Eved
- Vendors self-onboard through Eved’s secure portal, uploading their W9, bank info, and tax credit verification, while Eved manages all sanction and TIN checks
- Once onboarded to Eved, a vendor can be used across any production or client – no need to onboard to Eved again
- Vendor records automatically sync between Eved and PSL+, ensuring seamless data flow in both directions
Vendor Setup in PSL+
Vendors receiving EFTs must be set up in PSL+ with complete details, including their email address, the ACH routing number and ACH account number. Eved vendors use prefix "EVE" in PSL+ then their numbers are sequential.
Creating EFT Transactions
The Check Type will automatically default to ‘E’ (EFT) when using the EvedPay Bank.
After creating the AP, Verify Payment Type ‘E’ is selected
To verify an EFT transaction, open the Accounts Payable Menu, and the A/P Entry submenu in PSL+ and select A/P Entry (apte):
In the Payment Information section, open the Type field by right clicking, or single click and press F2:
In the Payment type window, select “E” EFT and then click OK:
Note: These types of transactions will also be available to print in the Check printing program and will print with a ‘NOT-NEGOTIABLE/VOID’ flag on the check copy. A PDF option is available for this payment type. |
Once the Payment type is verified as “E” EFT, post the transaction via the AP Posting program, located in the Accounts Payable Menu, A/P Entry submenu, and select AP Post (appost):
Note: You might receive the following screenshot after you post the AP: To proceed, update the vendor with an email address. This message indicates an email address is required for all Eved vendors. |
With the AP posted, you can now choose which printing method you prefer using Payment Type ‘E’:
- Print Manual Checks
- Computer Checks
Printing Manual Checks
If you’re not using PSL+ to auto-assign check numbers, manually enter one in the “Number” field under ‘Check Information.”
Once you post the AP, PSL+ will post this transaction as a ‘P-Paid’ AP referencing the check number that was manually entered.
Computer Check
To print a computer check, open the Checks menu and select Computer Check Printing (ckprnt):
In the Computer Check Printing program, verify the payment type is ‘E’:
Next, click Print.
If you are printing on plain paper, choose your local printer.
If you are printing to a PDF file, choose “Print to PDF” (May vary and say ‘Adobe’ or ‘Microsoft’).
Note: A ‘NOT NEGOTIABLE’ check ‘VOID’ will be printed on all “E” payment type records: |
Exit the check printing program to finalize the print check register.
Create EvedPay Export File
Next, you will create the EvedPay export file.
In the Checks menu, select Electronic File Transfer (eftexp):
Note: If you don’t see this program in your PSL+ account, it may be restricted based on your studio’s settings. Please contact psl.support@castandcrew.com to request access. Appropriate approval is required. |
In this program:
- Populate the Bank code with EVE (EvedPay Bank).
- For the Vendor Field - Leaving this blank will pick up ALL vendors. Or select specific vendor(s) for payment export.
Once you have specified the bank and chosen the vendor(s) that should be on the EFT/ EvedPay export you will now have the option to narrow down further by picking the transaction/s that should be included in the export file.
Click Start:
In the list of transactions, checkmark the ones to be included in the export:
Click Print Edit to Print or Preview Edit to Preview in a PDF file:
ACH Export Edit List
If the file contains errors, review the last page of the Edit list which will detail all errors. Once any errors are corrected, start again from the previous section in this article.
Once you have reviewed the edit list and are ready to create the EvedPay export file, click on Send Export:
This will show a printer box for you to click Print which prints the Export Report. This is the same information as the Edit List, but the header will say ‘EFT Export Register’. This is the final report prior to export.
‘Has the register printed correctly?’ prompt appears in case you change your mind, want to add more, or find a mistake. You can click No to cancel. Click Yes to proceed to the final prompt:
The next prompt will be: ‘Is it OK to send export?’ Clicking Yes will initiate the file transfer directly to Eved:
This completes the export to Eved.
To confirm the file made it to Eved, please get in touch with help@eved.com.
