Residuals Information & Inquiries
Cast & Crew processes residual payments, but once they are issued, they are sent to the employee's guild for logging and distribution. Your guild is responsible for managing payment status, reissues, and your personal residual history.
Accessing Your Residuals Information
- Pay Stubs: You can view copies of your residual pay stubs on your MyC&C portal only after the payment has cleared.
- Mailing Address: You can update your mailing address for checks on your MyC&C profile. However, you must also update your mailing address directly with your guild, as they use the address they have on file for distribution.
All Other Residual Inquiries
For almost all other inquiries, you should contact your respective guild directly. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Status of a residual check or reissue requests
- Changes to deal memos or beneficiary information
- Questions about money held in trust
- Residuals history reports
- General residuals questions
